Upside-Down Apple Pie
Upside-Down Apple Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 tbsp. butter, melted and divided, 1/2 c. packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. pecans, chopped, 1 (15 oz.) pkg. folded refrigerator pie crust and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Coat a deep-dish pie plate with cooking spray and line with wax paper. Coat wax paper with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine 4 tablespoons butter, brown sugar and pecans; mix well. Spread over bottom of pie plate. Unfold first pie crust and place it in the pie plate, pressing the crust firmly against the nut mixture and sides of plate. Set aside.
