Unique Chocolate Cake
Unique Chocolate Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour, 1 tsp. salt, 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 c. carob powder and 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Stir together dry ingredients (first 6).
Put remaining ingredients in a bowl and beat 3 minutes.
Combine with dry ingredients.
Bake in greased loaf pan at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
A 9 x 12-inch pan may be used.
The following glaze may be drizzled over cake while warm.
