Unforgettable Cake
Unforgettable Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 c. sugar, 1 (3 oz.) box vanilla instant pudding and 1 c. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Make cake according to directions on box.
While cake is cooking, in a small saucepan, combine pineapple and sugar.
Bring to a boil and simmer.
When cake is done, make holes all over the top and pour the pineapple and sugar mixture over it.
Mix pudding according to the box directions.
When thickened, add coconut and spread over cake.
Next, spread Cool Whip over top of pudding and sprinkle with nuts.
