Underground Ham
Underground Ham is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. ham, cubed, 4 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 2 cans mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine ham, margarine, onion and Worcestershire and cook until onions are tender.
Place in bottom of a medium-size roasting pan.
In a saucepan, heat together soup, milk and cheese until melted.
Place over top of onions.
Mash potatoes using no salt or milk and mix with sour cream.
Spread over top of mixture and sprinkle with bacon.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until hot.
