Roll vanilla wafers into fine crumbs.

Cut cherries in half and dates in fourths.

Mix crumbs with all the ingredients except milk.

After all pieces are well coated with crumbs, add milk and mix well.

Pack into pan lined with plastic and refrigerate for 24 hours before cutting (you may wet hands to pack).

White grape juice may be added for more moisture.
