Unbelievable Popovers is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. milk, 1 c. flour, 2 eggs, beaten and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
👨🍳 Instructions
Combine and stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
Ignore lumps and spoon into cold cupcake pan (well greased).
Makes 12 cupcakes.
Bake in 450° oven for 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 400° and bake for 5 to 10 minutes more.
Delicious served as rolls or with afternoon snack.
