Unbelievable Lemon Pie
Unbelievable Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup reconstituted lemon juice, 1/2 cup biscuit baking mix and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In blender container combine all ingred. except coconut.
Blend on low 3 minutes.
Pour mixture into a greased 10-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle coconut over top.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near edge comes out clean. Cool slightly; serve warm or cool.
Refrigerate leftovers.
