Two Week Slaw
Two Week Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head cabbage, grated, 1 large onion, diced, 1/3 c. olives, diced, 1 bell pepper, diced and 1 c. white vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix cabbage, onion, olives and bell pepper in a large bowl. Pour 3/4 cup sugar over mixture.
Bring to a boil the remaining ingredients.
Cool and pour over cabbage mixture; mix well.
Store overnight in refrigerator before serving.
May be kept for 2 weeks.
