Two Potato Gratin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large russet potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced (about 1 1/4 lb.), 1 tbsp. minced rosemary, or 2 tbsp. dried, 1 1/2 c. whipping cream, 2 orange-fleshed sweet potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced (about 1 lb) and 1 c. grated swiss cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Arrange half of russet potatoes in 8x8 inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle 1/4 of rosemary, salt and pepper.

Top with half of sweet potatoes.

Repeat rosemary, salt and pepper.

Repeat layering and season each layer.

Pour cream over.

Cover tightly with plastic wrap and microwave on High until potatoes are tender, about 18 minutes.

Sprinkle both cheeses over potatoes and microwave on high, uncovered until cheese melts and bubbles, about 3 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.

May also be baked in oven at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender.
