In a large bowl, cut Crisco into flour, until Crisco is the texture of peas.

Add milk and mix.

The dough should be wet.

Add grated cheese.

Dump onto floured surface.

Knead four times.

Roll or pat out to 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick.

Using a biscuit cutter or a glass, cut biscuits. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 425Β° for 10 to 12 minutes or until brown.
