Twity-Bird Cake
Twity-Bird Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. chopped bananas, 1 c. chopped apple, 2 c. plain all-purpose flour, 3 beaten eggs and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
👨🍳 Instructions
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
Mix eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened; do not beat.
Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup chopped nuts, bananas and apple.
Flour and grease a Bundt pan.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
(I bake at 325° for 55 minutes.)
Let cake cool and spread on frosting. Sprinkle on 1 cup chopped nuts.
Makes 8 servings.
