Beat eggs well.
Add vanilla, sugar and salt gradually to beaten eggs.
Heat milk and butter to boiling; add to egg mixture. Then add flour and baking powder.
Bake in a wax paper lined 9 x 13-inch pan at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool; remove and slice in half.
