Twinkie Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box (10) twinkies, cut in half lengthwise, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, 2 to 3 bananas, sliced, 1 (3 oz.) box vanilla instant pudding and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, lay Twinkies, side by side (cream side up) in two rows; spread with pineapple.
Cover with bananas. Prepare pudding according to package directions.
When thickened, spread over bananas.
Refrigerate.
Before serving, top with whipped topping and sprinkle with nuts.
