Twinkie Cake
Twinkie Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 to 12 twinkies, cut in thirds lengthwise, 6 oz. chocolate chips, 2 tsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. water and 3 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Layer Twinkie thirds in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Melt chocolate chips, sugar and water in pan.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Beat egg yolks slightly.
Mix egg whites and yolks with chocolate mixture in pan.
Then add Cool Whip and mix until smooth.
Layer 1/2 chocolate mixture on Twinkies followed by 1/2 Cool Whip and layer again.
