Twice Baked Potatoes
Twice Baked Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 irish potatoes, 1/2 c. margarine, 8 oz. sour cream, 3/4 c. shredded cheese and 1/4 to 1/2 c. bacon bits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Boil potatoes in hot water until you can stick a knife through them.
Cut potatoes in half and scoop out potato.
Add all other ingredients to potatoes; mix well.
Put mixture back into potato shell.
Put in baking dish.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake in warm oven or microwave until cheese melts.
