Turtle Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramel candies, 1/2 c. evaporated milk, 1 german chocolate cake mix, 1 1/3 c. water and 3/4 c. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt caramels with milk over low heat.
Combine cake mix with water, butter and eggs and blend on low speed 30 seconds, then beat at medium speed 2 minutes.
