Turtle Cake
Turtle Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 german cake mix, 1/2 c. evaporated milk, 14 oz. caramels, 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips and 3/4 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
👨🍳 Instructions
Prepare cake mix and bake half of it in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 15 minutes.
Melt caramels with milk and margarine. Spread half of caramel mixture over baked cake.
Sprinkle half of chocolate chips and pecans.
Pour in rest of cake mix.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Spread rest of caramel as frosting. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips and pecans.
