Turtle Cake
Turtle Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. german chocolate cake mix, 3/4 c. margarine, 1/2 c. evaporated milk, 14 oz. kraft caramels and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
Pour 1/2 batter into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
Melt together margarine, evaporated milk and caramels. Pour over baked cake layer.
Sprinkle nuts and chocolate chips over caramel layer.
Pour remaining batter over top.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until done.
Let cool.
Frost with Pillsbury's coconut pecan frosting.
