Turtle Cake
Turtle Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with german chocolate cake mix, 14 oz. bag kraft caramels, 1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk, 1/4 c. margarine and 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips (mini), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Follow directions on box for mixing cake mix.
Put half the batter in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
Melt and stir in double boiler the caramels, milk and margarine.
Spread that mixture over the cake and then add remainder of batter.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
