Turtle Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 (14 oz.) bag caramels (48 caramels), 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk, 1/2 c. melted butter and 2 c. chopped nuts (or less), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Prepare cake mix as directed on box.
