Turtle Cake
Turtle Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 (14 oz.) bag caramels, 1/2 c. evaporated milk, 3/4 c. butter and 2 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Prepare cake as directed.
Pour 1/2 of the batter into 13 x 9-inch greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes. Melt caramels with milk and butter over low heat.
Pour over partly cooked cake.
Sprinkle pecans and chocolate chips over mix. Pour remaining cake batter over all and cook for 20 minutes.
