Turtle Cake
Turtle Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 1/2 c. water, 3 eggs, 3/4 c. butter, creamed and 1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine cake mix, water, eggs and butter; blend until smooth. Pour 1/2 batter into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
Melt caramels with evaporated milk over low heat.
Pour over cake when removed from oven.
(Do not spread to edges.) Sprinkle chips over caramel, then nuts.
Pour remaining batter over all.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Melt caramels while cake bakes.
