Turtle Cake
Turtle Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box german chocolate cake, 1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels, 1 c. chocolate chips, 3/4 c. margarine and 1/2 c. carnation milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Prepare cake according to directions.
Bake 1/2 cake mix for 15 minutes at 350Β° in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Melt caramels with milk and margarine; pour over baked cake.
Sprinkle nuts and chips over mix.
Top with remaining cake batter.
Bake for about 25 minutes more, or until top cake batter is done.
