Turtle Cake
Turtle Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c. pet milk, 1 (14 oz.) bag caramels, 1 c. chopped nuts and 1 c. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Prepare cake mix as directed.
Pour half of batter into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 15 minutes.
Combine milk, butter and caramels, microwave 2 1/2 minutes and beat.
Pour caramel mixture over cake.
Sprinkle chocolate chips and then nuts on top.
Pour remaining batter on top and bake 20 minutes.
