Turtle Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb. 2 1/2 oz.) pkg. german chocolate cake mix, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1 1/2 c. water, 1/2 c. oil and 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, divided, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine chocolate cake mix, butter, water, oil and 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk in mixing bowl.
Mix well.
Pour half of batter into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
