Turtle Brownies
Turtle Brownies is an easy dinner. Made with 14 oz. caramels, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 3/4 c. margarine, 1 box german chocolate cake mix and 1 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Melt caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
Mix 1/3 cup evaporated milk, margarine and cake mix.
Spread 1/2 cake mix in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 6 minutes.
Pour on caramel.
Sprinkle nuts.
Drop rest of cake batter on by teaspoonfuls.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Cool and cut.
