Turnip Soufflé
Turnip Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 turnips, cut up into pieces, 2 carrots, cut into bite size pieces, 2 tbsp. milk, 1 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil turnips and carrots together until tender.
Drain well. Mash together and add all other ingredients.
Mix well.
Place in a baking pan and bake 30 minutes at 350°
