Turkey-Vegetable Pie
Turkey-Vegetable Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots), 2 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. sliced celery and 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Cook vegetables according to directions; drain.
Melt margarine in a 2-quart pan.
Add to margarine the onions, celery and thyme leaves.
(Thyme leaves must be crushed.)
Stir until onion is tender.
Add soups and milk; stir until smooth.
