Turkey Tetrazzini(Microwave)
Turkey Tetrazzini(Microwave) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with approximately 8 oz. turkey, chopped fine or sliced thin, 2 1/2 c. cooked spaghetti, drained, 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms, sauteed, 1/2 c. black olives, sliced and 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix drained spaghetti, mushrooms, olives and pimento.
Blend cream of mushroom soup with chicken broth and microwave on Medium heat for approximately 5 minutes.
Add cooking sherry and cheese to sauce.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix sauce with spaghetti mixture and turkey.
