Turkey Supreme
Turkey Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 c. milk, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup and 2 tbsp. chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Melt butter in 1-quart saucepan. Stir in 2 tablespoons flour. Stir in all at once 1 cup milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened and smooth. Blend in mushroom soup, parsley, sherry, salt and pepper. Add turkey, mushrooms and peas. Heat 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve over hot buttered wide noodles.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
