Turkey Stroganoff
Turkey Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 lb. ground turkey, 1 c. cream of chicken soup and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook onion in butter in a saucepan over medium heat until transparent.
Add turkey and cook, stirring until light brown.
Add flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms and soup; cook for 5 minutes.
Add sour cream and simmer for 15 minutes longer.
Serve over rice and garnish with paprika.
Yields 4 servings.
