Turkey Soup
Turkey Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with bones from 12 lb. turkey, 6 c. cold water, 2 tsp. salt, 2 c. coarsely cut celery and few leaves and 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place bones compactly in kettle.
Add the next five ingredients.
Cover.
Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
Strain.
You may add the meat back to the broth, or serve without.
Add dried parsley and soup noodles back to the broth, cooking until done.
