Turkey Potatoes
Turkey Potatoes is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lean ground turkey, 4 large baking potatoes, 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped sweet green pepper and 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Bake potatoes.
Meanwhile, saute turkey until cooked through. Add onion, pepper, Worcestershire, garlic, peppers and salt. Saute 3 to 5 minutes until onion is translucent.
Remove from heat.
Cut tops off potatoes and scoop out cooked potatoes, reserving shells.
Combine potatoes with milk and sour cream. Whip until smooth.
Spoon 1/4 of turkey mixture into each potato shell.
Top with whipped potatoes; sprinkle with bacon and paprika.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and lightly browned.
