Turkey Piccata
Turkey Piccata is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. plus 3/4 tsp. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 12 oz. thinly sliced turkey cutlets and 1 1/2 tsp. olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix together flour, salt and pepper.
Dredge cutlets in flour mixture.
Heat oil and butter in skillet.
Add cutlets and saute until browned and cooked, about 2 minutes.
Remove and keep warm. Add broth, lemon juice and lemon slices to skillet; bring to boil. Return cutlets to skillet.
Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
