Turkey Ole
Turkey Ole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground turkey, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup, 1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream, 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 c. salsa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Crumble turkey into 2-quart casserole.
Add onion and microwave for 5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
Stir after 3 minutes.
Combine soup, milk and salsa.
Add to cooked meat and microwave for 4 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup of each cheese and microwave an additional 2 minutes.
Stir in sour cream.
Spoon onto tortillas; sprinkle with remaining cheese and fold tortillas. Serves 4.
