Turkey-Mushroom Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. cubed cooked turkey, 1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh), 1 c. chopped celery, 2 tbsp. sliced pimiento-stuffed olives and 1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine first 4 ingredients.
Blend together mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion and salt.
Add to turkey mixture; toss lightly. Chill.
