Turkey Loaf
Turkey Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 beaten egg white, 1 c. soft bread crumbs, 1/3 c. finely chopped onion, 1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper and 2 tbsp. skim milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a mixing bowl, combine egg white, bread crumbs, onion, green pepper, skim milk, sage, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Add turkey; mix well.
In a shallow baking pan, pat turkey mixture into loaf.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 45 minutes.
