Turkey Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. corn meal, turkey stock, white bread, cold biscuits and cold grits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Take corn meal.

Mix with stock from turkey.

Bake in pan, not too brown, but just cooked through.

Crumble this in a large bowl and add toasted white bread, cold biscuits or cold grits to make amount you want.

Add boiled eggs, onion, pepper, salt and a little sage or poultry seasoning if you like.

Pour turkey stock over mixture to make as soft as you like.

Bake in a flat Pyrex dish or pan at 350Β° for 30 minutes.

Cut in squares and place around the turkey.
