Turkey Dressing
Turkey Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) sliced bread, toasted and dried 2 days, 2/3 c. celery, chopped, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 tsp. salt and 6 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Dip slices of toast in pan of warm water.
Squeeze out.
Saute pork sausage until no longer pink; add to bread.
Melt margarine in skillet; saute onion and celery just a little.
Add to bread mixture.
Add beaten eggs, salt and sage.
Add enough chicken broth to make as moist as you like.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 4 to 5.
