Turkey Chop Suey
Turkey Chop Suey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (28 oz.) can chop suey mixed vegetables, 1/2 c. diced onion, 2 c. cooked turkey, 1 chicken bouillon cube, dissolved in 1/2 c. water and 2 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain vegetables, reserving liquid.
In large saucepan, saute onion in a tablespoon of butter until translucent.
Add bouillon, water,
Worcestershire sauces and turkey. Combine cornstarch with
1/4 cup water until mixed well.
Add to turkey mixture.
Thickened.
Add vegetables. Heat until warmed through.
Serve over cooked rice.
