Turkey Chili
Turkey Chili is an moderately easy soup you can prepare in about 1 hour 22 minutes. Saute onion and green pepper in hot oil until onion is soft; stir in turkey.
Cook until no longer pink.
Add tomatoes, soy sauce, garlic and chili powder.
Stir to combine.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in beans; simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes more.
Serve over rice if desired.
