Turkey Buns(Quick!) is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 1 c. chopped onions, 1 c. (2-inch) green pepper strips, 2 lb. raw, ground turkey and 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt margarine in frypan over medium-high heat.
Add onions and green pepper; saute until limp.
Add turkey, mixing well. Cook until no longer pink, about 4 to 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients except buns.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Spoon onto buns.
Yields 8 servings.
