Turkey Breast
Turkey Breast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 lb. turkey breast, 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1/2 c. dry white wine and 1/2 tsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Rub butter on skin.
Season with paprika, salt and pepper.
Scatter onions over all sides.
Put turkey in roasting pan.
Pour wine and broth in bottom of pan (1/2 inch liquid in bottom).
Roast about 1 1/2 hours until 160° to 165° on meat thermometer or until liquid runs clear.
Baste during roasting.
