Turkey-Bean Chili
Turkey-Bean Chili is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground raw turkey, 1 c. chopped onion, 2 (15 oz.) cans kidney or pinto beans, rinsed and drained, 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes, undrained and 1 (1 oz.) pkg. knorr chili caliente dip mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cook turkey and onion until turkey is lightly browned and onion is tender.
Drain off fat, add turkey mixture and remaining ingredients to a 3 1/2 or 4-quart slow electric crockery cooker. Cover and cook on high heat setting for 4 to 5 hours, or on low heat setting for 8 to 10 hours.
