Turkey Balls

In a bowl mix turkey, egg, thyme, milk and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Fold in instant potatoes.
Take a heaping spoonful of mixture and roll in the palms of your hands to make balls.
Add enough olive oil to the bottom of a frying pan to coat it.
Arrange meatballs in pan and brown on all sides, turning frequently.
Add turkey balls to your favorite sauce.
