Turkey
Turkey is an easy dinner. Made with 12-14 lb. tirkey, roasting bag, butter, salt pepper seasoning salt and flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Thaw turkey 2-3 days.
Put turkey in clean sink and remove gibblet and neck.
Wash godd and dry with paper towels.
Butter inside and outside of turkey.
Put salt, pepper and seasoning salt on turkey.
Add 1/2 cup butter inside.
In roasting bag put 1 tsp. flour; shake bag and pour out.
Poke holes in bag; put turkey in bag and bake at 250 degrees for 7 hours, checking every hour until golden brown.
