Turketti Casserole
Turketti Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. raw (not thin) spaghetti or fettucini, broken in 2-inch pieces, 3 to 4 c. cooked ham, chicken or turkey, 1/2 c. diced canned pimento, 1/2 c. diced green pepper and 1 small onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook spaghetti; drain and rinse well.
Add rest of ingredients.
Mix lightly with fork.
Place in 3-quart casserole; add or sprinkle 1/2 cup grated cheese over mixture.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before baking or fix the day before.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until mixture starts to bubble.
Bake uncovered.
