Made with 2 1/2 c. raw (not thin) spaghetti or fettucini, broken in 2-inch pieces, 3 to 4 c. cooked ham, chicken or turkey, 1/2 c. diced canned pimento, 1/2 c. diced green pepper and 1 small onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook spaghetti; drain and rinse well.
