Turkette
Turkette is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. spaghetti, broken in 2-inch pieces, 2 c. diced turkey, 1/2 c. diced ham (i prefer 3/4 to 1 c.), 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped and 1/4 c. sliced pimento (2 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Spaghetti according to directions on package. Drain and rinse with hot water.
Combine remaining ingredients, except the cheese. Add to drained spaghetti and blend. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes. Allow 15 minutes more baking time if frozen.
