Tuna Turnover Delights

Preheat oven to 375°. In a small bowl, mix together tuna, cheese, mayonnaise and lemon pepper seasoning.

Prepare crescent rolls by rolling them into approximately 4 (5-inch) circles.

Spoon tuna mixture onto crescent rolls.

Fold crescent rolls together over tuna mixture.

In another small bowl, melt butter and prepare crackers in a shallow dish.

Dip turnovers in butter and then roll them in cracker crumbs.

Place on an ungreased baking dish and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until crescent rolls are golden brown.
