Tuna Supreme
Tuna Supreme is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 slices white bread, 2 cans tuna, drained, 1 yellow onion, chopped, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1 celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook celery slowly in small amount of water for 10 minutes and drain.
Dice 1/2 of bread into cubes.
Put in bottom of 10 x 13-inch greased baking pan.
Mix tuna, onion, mayonnaise, celery and pimento and green pepper.
Spread over bread.
Dice remaining bread, place over tuna mixture.
Mix eggs and milk, pour over top layer.
Cover with foil.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake 12 minutes at 325°.
Spoon soup over top, sprinkle with grated cheese and paprika.
Bake 1 hour at 325°.
